We undertake the civil scope of a project — the groundworks, the surfaces and the external works — and provide project management where a client needs delivery overseen rather than executed.
Scope of work
Our work is civil rather than vertical: site development, earthworks, paving and external works. We do not undertake building construction.
How projects run
Each project runs under a named site engineer against an agreed scope, programme and cost. Where we are engaged to manage rather than build, the same discipline applies to the contractors on site.

Paving & Surfaces
Paver blocks, kerbstones, footpaths, parking areas and hardstanding, laid to level over a prepared and compacted base.

External & Site Works
Site infrastructure delivered alongside a wider development — surface water management, boundary works, external services and site finishing.

Project Management
Costing, programming, site supervision and quality control on works delivered by others, with progress reported to the client through to completion.

Phase 01
Survey & Scope
We visit the site, take levels and confirm the scope against the drawings before anything is priced.
Phase 02
Costing & Programme
Quantities taken off and priced, with a works programme and start date agreed in writing.
Phase 03
Execution
Work carried out under a named site engineer, with each stage checked before the next begins.
Phase 04
Measurement & Handover
Final measurement, completion records and handover of the finished works.
